Our Storied History
Over 30 years ago, the principals of DL3 Realty came together to revitalize the commercial landscape of the far south side of Chicago, which had declined after the social unrest of the 1960s.
DL3 Realty has spent the past 20 years acquiring prominent commercial locations in Chicago’s urban communities to establish high-quality education programs, professional office buildings, and national retail-anchored strip malls.
Today, DL3 Realty is a locally engaged and nationally recognized full-service real estate development firm dedicated to transforming communities through high-impact commercial real estate.
